That is a company claim on a test vehicle, not an independent measurement, and no shipping consumer laptop uses it yet — which is why nothing on the list below is cooled this way.
How to verify a fanless laptop claim yourself
Look for the manufacturer using the word “fanless” or “passive cooling” on its own spec page rather than “efficient” or “whisper-quiet,” both of which describe fans that run slowly. PCWorld’s own battery run went past the 16-hour mark, ahead of Lenovo’s 13.5-hour rating, and it measured the 14-inch panel at about 300 nits.
Gaming is out. Android Central found no Steam support and some Android games performing poorly — weigh that if this is headed for a child’s hands.

“Ever since the HP announces the world first fanless notebook, there is a different kind of rivalry going on between the computer manufacturers.” Fanless notebook computers were produced in 1994 and likely earlier, such as the IBM ThinkPad 755CX from 1994 with 75-MHz Pentium (original) CPU. Do you know if a fanless notebook computer with any type of Intel Core 2 CPU was produced? So far I have not found a reference to one but I have found references to fanless Core 2 stationary computers. Even the Core 2 Ultra-Low-Voltage (ULV) notebook computers I have used, such as the Dell Vostro V13, Asus UL30Vt, and Asus UL50Vt, have a fan. Core 2 still suffices for me and costs little to buy now.
